Tips and Tricks

The best way to relieve school anxiety is to set up a routine.
Create a daily schedule
Set consistent wake-up and bedtime times, and include time for study, chores, and rest. You can also prioritize deadlines for assignments and exams on a calendar or planner
Make it a visual
You can use a chart of a day planner to record your routine. Put it up by your mirror or door, even having it on your phone helps.
Be consistent
Sticking to a routine can help teens learn to keep commitments and care for others.
Adapt to changes
when routines change, it can be frustrating. Learn to be flexible and make small adjustments to get back on track.

*Talk to your counselor about your current routine and how to improve it.
