How to get your stuff from school intro card set up an appointment- In Skyward, use the CONFERENCE SCHEDULER Select ALL STUDENTS On the left, click the CONFERENCES Click ALL CONFERENCES next to your student’s name You only need 1 appointment per family Click SELECT A TIME for their HOMEROOM class Click SELECT by the desired appointment time A window appears showing the appointment information, click SAVE appointment times- Appointment openings are first-come, first-serve as follows: May 26-29: 8:00 AM-1:00 PM June 1-5: 8:00 AM-1:00 PM If you cannot make these times, please call the Main Office at (801) 412-2300. where to go- During your appointment time, meet at the Cafeteria doors, located on the North side of the school. The entrance door will have further instruction and tape will be marked on the sidewalk for social distancing spacing. Students and one parent will be allowed into the building. If possible, wear a mask. Other parents/guardians and siblings will be asked to wait outside the building. If your student or any member of your household are coughing, have a fever, or are ill, please, do not come to the school. Contact the Main Office for alternate arrangements. (801) 412-2300.

Student Led Conference – Feb 12-13, 2020

February 12th, from 4-8PM, and 13th, from 4-7:30 PM, WHMS will be holding Student Led Conferences. Join us and celebrate your student!

Each of your student's classes have put together examples of the work your students does for 7 hours a day.

This is a great opportunity to see what your student is working on, meet your student's teachers, and learn more about Standard Based Grading.

If you have never been to a student led conference, feel free to watch this video for a more detailed introduction to the idea of Student Led Conferences.

We will also have a Book Fair, a Waffle Love truck (Homeroom will provide coupons), a raffle for prizes, the counselor's survey booth, and a scavenger hunt game.
